Orders will be shipped via the designated services as quickly as possible after payment has been received. Please keep in mind that orders will not always be shipped the same day, however, under no circumstances, should it take more than 3 days for the order to ship. The customer will be notified of any items which are back ordered and an approximate shipment date as well upon shipment of the order.
Tracking info will be provided via e mail if available.
Items may be returned if they are found defective for a period which is predestinated by each manufacture. Any item may be returned in new condition, at the discretion of the buyer, within 14 days of shipment. After 14 days all sales are final.
Any order may be canceled prior to shipment, The buyer must contact Wilkes Fire & Rescue Equipment via E mail prior to shipment. If order is shipped prior to cancellation, please see the return policy.
